Hamsterville's Order by Mail and COD Locations!

Hiya all,

So below is a simple guide on how to order via e-mail for postages and COD alike.

COD LOCATIONS
Petsville is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and we offer free delivery at the below places:

1. One Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya
2. the Curve/Ikea/IPC/Tesco Shopping Centres, Mutiara Damansara
3. Kelana Jaya LRT Station
4. Taman Bahagia LRT Station
5. SS2Mall, Petaling Jaya
6. Tropicana City Mall, Petaling Jaya

For the below places, there is an additional RM10 fee for transportation:

1. Mid Valley Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur
2. the Summit Shopping Centre, Subang Jaya
3. Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre, Bandar Sunway
4. Sunway Giza Mall, Kota Damansara
5. Sri Hartamas
6. Bangsar Shopping Village, Bangsar

If your preferred COD location is not listed, do contact us and enquire within.


ORDERING
All orders should be sent to petsville.my@gmail.com. We will reply you as soon as possible from receiving your email to confirm your order. Please copy the below and fill in the necessary, and send it to us.

NOTE: Payment must be made first before parcel is sent (for postages), therefore please confirm by sending us an email stating your desired items, and we will confirm with you whether or not there are available stocks. The bank account numbers will be sent together as well. We only accept Interbank transfers (to Maybank account) and Cash Deposits ONLY (Public Bank, RHB, Maybank). Do take note that postage fees is bared by buyer.

Anda akan menerima satu emel yang menyatakan bahawa barang-barang yang diingini terdapat stok ataupun tidak, pada masa yang sama, jika barang-barang tersebut ada stok, anda akan menerima nombor akaun bank untuk mendepositkan bayaran. Bayaran pos ditanggung oleh pembeli.
